The difference between laziness and relaxation
August 03, 2015
Hello,

”We all know when we are being lazy or enjoying the fruits of industry: a good rest.” These words are by Olivia Fane. And we all know what she means. When you are being lazy you don’t particularly like yourself – but when you are relaxing, you love yourself.

So what I want you to do is to try this. Do something, anything at all. Clear out a shelf, send an email, make a call you should make. It can just take you five minutes or five hours. And then notice how much you enjoy that moment of relaxation. And that could just be for a few minutes or maybe it will be for much longer.

best wishes
Andrew

Thoughts
by Sophia Yasmeen

Thoughts that emanates from each of us may seem very subtle matter. However the moment a thought is born, whether it is expressed or not, it emanates in the form of a wave, and floats in space. We may close the doors to our rooms, and feel that nobody knows our thoughts, but If we spend our days victimized by negative energies, negative thoughts, if we yield to depression, melancholia, bitterness, and these energies pollute the atmosphere then my thoughts are not just my thou...ghts.

They become the cause of sorrow not just for me but to anyone I meet.

Mine can be a jungle, a razor blade or a blank slate. Which world we want to step into and how we want to furnish it, when our day begins every morning that is absolutely our own decision. All sorrows come to the soul from not feeling fortunate or lack of self worth. We then look for fortune outside of ourselves. The real treasure can only be found within. As we embark on a new day each morning we can begin mindfully with a clean slate and fill our mind with peace, purity, detachment, love, gentleness, tolerance, patience, sweetness, humility and forgiveness. When we become an embodiment of all these divine qualities we can turn each day of our life into a masterpiece.
