Are you sitting comfortably?
January 18, 2016

I imagine that we can all understand what we mean by sitting comfortably. We are soft and warm and peaceful inside. So comfort can be a refuge and if we find comfort then we can renew and restore. We can also wait patiently in comfort for our intuitive wisdom to speak to us. And when it does then we will know what we must do – even if that will bring discomfort and strain.

When a doctor says to his patient that 'your disease is incurable,' what they really mean is that their bodily disease has reached to a level where its cure is no longer available from outside,. The real healing can now only come from within, it requires an 'incure' treatment.
Of course regular meditation, positive affirmations, mindfulness will help but what is needed most is to think beyond the body and bodily pain. Be ready to sink deep in the ocean of forgiveness and self... love. A total submission to the universe. Merge into God's light and the river of God's joy will find its way to the ocean of God's love. This will remind the soul of its original qualities and create such a pure feeling of peace and happiness within that they will naturally feel reconnected. The change in the quality of their thinking will eliminate all doubt and fear from their hearts.

Sophia is a beautiful writer and I am happily sharing her work in my Feelbetter Newsletter.
