Driven by Purpose
October 26, 2015

I came across this phrase and realised just how rare it is – for most of us in our day to day life. Think about it – to be driven by purpose rather than to be swaying around and distracted by every passing fantasy and occurrence.

So this is my question. Should it be encouraged - to be driven by purpose? Or should it be feared? Does this lead to obsession and limitation or is it what we need to get anything done?

Think about it and next week I will give my answer - or at least an answer.

by Sophia Yasmeen

I always think of myself as a citizen of the world rather than UK or India or any other place. People who look different, speak different language, who have different beliefs are all part of me. When I call myself an Indian, or a Muslim or a Hindu or a Christian I separate myself from the rest of the mankind. When I separate myself by belief, by nationality, by tradition it breeds violence. We are all in now here together. In the eyes of the Supreme there are no favourites...although we like to think there is. Horrors of the world cannot stop me from having a heart full of love and kindness and offer that unselfish love to each and every soul who has the same divine light flowing through them.

Sophia is a beautiful writer and I am happily sharing her work in my Feelbetter Newsletter.

best wishes
