Self help – doing what needs to be done for emotional health

We all want to be in control of our emotions and to rid ourselves of chronic stress. And at the end of the day it is down to us. Self-help in other words

This site is about being emotionally healthy – to be using our emotions to be managing stress so to live a life that works. Not to live with emotions at danger levels and out of control - as this forces us into more and more desperate measures.

And do remember always that these desperate measures result in depressions, anxieties or addictions or some combination

Sometimes we need help because we cannot do it on our own. Then, we will need to be able to borrow someone’s intelligence and experience – who will explain, calm and intervene where necessary.

But always it will begin with you. How will you know when you can best help yourself or to know when to ask for help and then find the right kind of help?
